When your rental period ends, simply place the item in the prepaid return packaging and drop it off. No need to worry about cleaning—we’ve got that covered.

Before you rent with us, please take a moment to review our key terms and conditions:

  1. Your rental period starts on the day you receive your item and ends on the return date. Late returns may incur additional fees.
  2. While we take care of cleaning, we ask that you handle the items with care. Significant damage beyond normal wear may result in extra charges.
  3. Please return items using the prepaid packaging provided. If something happens during return shipping, contact us immediately.
  4. You can cancel your order up to 24 hours before delivery for a full refund. After that, a cancellation fee may apply.
  5. If your item doesn’t fit, return it within 24 hours for store credit, minus a small restocking fee.

How do I find my size?

Can I extend my rental?

Absolutely! If you’re loving your look and want to keep it longer, just contact us to arrange an extension. Additional charges will apply based on the extension period.

Who handles cleaning?

We do! All items are professionally cleaned and prepared before and after each rental, so you can focus on enjoying your experience.

What if I accidentally damage the item?

Accidents happen. Please contact us right away if there’s damage beyond normal wear. Depending on the extent, there may be additional fees.

Is there a security deposit?

No security deposit is required. We trust our customers and ensure our items are treated with care. However, if the item is returned late or has damage to it, a fee may be incurred.

How quickly will I receive my order?

We offer multiple shipping options, including express delivery for those last-minute events. Delivery times depend on your location.

Can I purchase an item I’ve rented?

Yes! If you fall in love with your rental, let us know. Many of our items are available for purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Australia, but we’re working on expanding.
