RETURN POLICY
1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your rental. If an item doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, you may return it within 24 hours of receiving it for a store credit, minus a small restocking fee.
2. Return Process
- Notify Us: Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the item to initiate a return.
- Packaging: Place the item in the original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the item is unworn and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Shipping: Use the prepaid return packaging provided. Drop it off at your nearest post office or arrange for a pickup.
3. Refunds and Credits
- Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a store credit to your account, minus the restocking fee.
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds, only store credits for future rentals.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a store credit.
5. Late Returns
Items returned after the rental period may incur additional charges. Please contact us if you need to extend your rental period.
6. Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or store credit.
7. International Returns
Currently, we only accept returns from within Australia. International returns are not accepted.
