4. Product Rentals

• Rental Period: The rental period begins on the day you receive the product and ends on the specified return date.
• Late Returns: Late returns may incur additional charges as outlined in the "Late Return Policy" section below.
• Care of Items: You are responsible for taking care of the rented items. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional fees, as outlined in the "Damage Policy" section below.
• Return Process: All rented items must be returned using the prepaid return packaging provided.

5. Security Deposit

• Fixed Security Deposit: At the time of rental, a refundable security deposit equivalent to [X]% of the retail value of the item will be collected. This deposit will cover potential damages, late fees, or other charges that may arise.
• Deposit Refund: The security deposit will be refunded once the item is returned and inspected. If no damage or late return fees are incurred, the full deposit will be returned. If charges apply, they will be deducted from the deposit, and the remainder will be refunded to you.

6. Damage Policy

• Minor Damage: If an item is returned with minor damage (e.g., small stains, loose threads, minor tears), a fee of 10% of the dress's retail value, or a fixed fee based on average repair costs, will be deducted from the security deposit.
• Moderate Damage: For more significant damage (e.g., larger stains, significant tears, missing embellishments), a fee of 40% of the dress's retail value will be deducted from the security deposit.
• Major Damage or Irreparable Damage: If the item is returned with major damage or is deemed irreparable (e.g., large rips, permanent stains, structural damage), up to 70% of the dress's retail value will be deducted from the security deposit.

7. Late Return Policy

• Daily Late Fee: A late fee of 10% of the rental cost will be charged for each day the item is not returned after the agreed-upon return date. This fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
• Maximum Late Fee: The late fee will not exceed the full retail value of the item. Once the total fees reach the retail value, the item is considered purchased by the renter, and the security deposit will not be refunded.

8. Pricing and Payments

• Pricing: All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.
• Payments: Payments must be made at the time of checkout. The security deposit will be collected alongside the rental fee.

9. Subscription Services

• Billing: Subscription services are billed on a monthly or annual basis. By signing up, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

10. Cancellations and Modifications

• Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. After that, a cancellation fee of 50% applies.
• Modifications: If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Rhaine and may not be used without our explicit permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services or products, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
